Personal Coaching:

Most sessions are over the phone, but I also offer in person sessions if that is preferred. We have a weekly scheduled session for 50 to 60 minutes for a month at a time. In between the calls, I’m accessible for quick phone chats or emails to provide any sort of guidance or support as needed.

Your part in the relationship is that you drive our work together. Each week, you come to our call with what you’d like to work on and we take it from there. I listen, ask questions, make observations, suggestions, but you decide what actions you would like to take.

Executive Coaching:

These sessions are set up the same way as personal coaching, but I’m happy to adjust based on your needs.

For both types of coaching I offer a free 30 – 45 minute consultation so that you can have your questions answered, discuss rates and packages and see what coaching with me is like.
